Planax Perfect Binding The F3 Perfect Binding system is manufactured by planax which is the binding subsidiary of Planatol adhesives in Germany . The system utilises a unique type of cold adhesive glue (Planax Raid II Glue) which has been specially designed to cope with properties of today's digitally printed stock and other difficult products such as coated and glossy paper. The machine operates at around 170 books an hour and benefits from a precise and professional milling system ensuring perfect adhesion on all types of document. The system represents an ideal addition to any digital print or litho print environment based around short run to mid volume production whereby the machine can be easily changed for different jobs very quickly at the same time is robust enough for larger volume production
